On the farm, we have been delighting in unique bitters from around the world and are fortunate to be surrounded by so many other artisans who share our commitment to local (when possible), organic (when possible) and high quality (always) ingredients when developing delicious bitters for your home bar.
Our goal with our Irish "House" Bitters was to lightly showcase the iconic history of Irish whiskey by pairing it with orange and cherry. This is a personal bitter project.
