Our Rubs

When you raise animals, beef, pork and chicken in particular, salt and spice become ingredients that can be difference makers. With that in mind we have designed or selected salts and spice blends that surely will surely elevate your country dinner.

We currently have three BBQ rubs, one that works great with beef and lamb, a second and our most popular that is a perfect enhancement to the natural sweetness of pork and chicken and the third is our Seafood Taco rub, excellent on salmon, cod, dover sole, halibut, rockfish and shellfish.  Grill it, roast it, pan fry it for a delicious meal of seafood.

We just added our Chuck Wagon Texas-Style chili dump, and easy to use premixed spice dump to add to your chili nights!
