At Blacksmith we have been delighting in unique bitters from around the world and are fortunate to be surrounded by so many other artisans who share our commitment to local (when possible), organic (when possible) and high quality (always) ingredients when developing delicious bitters for your home bar.

Our goal with our Apple Jack Bitters was to capture the earthy sweetness of the Northwest apple giving your cocktail a delicious back note of our beautiful state.
